The scope of Architectural, C&S and M&E Engineering Services include for the following scope of works:
- Building architectural works
- Advise on topographical survey and S.I. works
- Detailed design of the relevant proposed C&S and M&E works
- Authority approval of the detailed design for substation and switchyard;
- Issuance of construction drawings;
- Attend site progress meetings; and
- Issuance of relevant certificates.
